Kuryakin for turn signals and brake light, Truck Lite for headlight and passing lamps, also good experience with Custom Dynamics. Also check Ride Time Technology.
I have a BAL tailight and that's it so far. I also have the run-turn-brake module for the turn signals and tour pack but they are still OEM bulbs as are the headlight and driving lights. I think all we need to go full LED is a load equalizer to attach in the harness and the lights themselves. But, I really haven't looked into it too much so the people who've done the conversion would be better to speak to this. I'm sure it'd take a lot of electrical load off the bike.
I've gone ALL LED, Truck Lite headlamp and passing lamps, HD LED taillight and Custom Dynamics turn signal kit. Very simple install all around and a Huge difference in visibility.
I haven't changed the head lamp or added aux lamps yet, so I can't comment on those, but I've been very happy with results of my Custom Dynamics products. Being a reasonably competent wrench, you should be fine no matter which direction you go. A little patience here and there will serve you well, but you don't need to worry about winding up with a tangle of wires laying on your garage floor next to a dead scoot.
Most LED's are plug and play, I use Custom dynamic for the turn signals and since I went front and rear had to install a load equalizer. Truck 7 headlight and passing lights and the EBay special tour pack LED tail light and side markers. Harley air wing LED rack light and the only light I don't have LED it the street glide rear lower running light, but it is the Harley brake light version.
LED is the way to go if you want to be seen and not have to worry about having a bulb blow. Worth the money just for the added safety value, and that's how you sell it to the wife!
For my '12 SG I have Custom Dynamics Dynamic Ringz in front, red in back, and a Magic Strobe to flash the rears when I brake and **** off drivers behind me. I bought it as a kit a year or so ago, and think they've upgraded/updated the Magic Strobe (maybe call it something else now?). I couldn't be happier. It came with a load equalizer. One note is the CD equalizer requires it to be connected to the battery. I've heard good things about the Biketronics load equalizer that is plug and play (no battery connection), and many folks have used the CD components with the Biketronics equalizer with no problems.
I will add that I also changed the 'Tri-Bar' light the rear fender of my SG, but honestly, it doesn't do much more than the stock light other than add minimal brake capability. I wouldn't do it again. I do have a detachable Tour-Pak and I have the air wing with the LED brake light installed (my TP has no other lights). Had the TP wing/light combo on my RK as well and really like the way it gets a bright light up high in the back of the bike.
I have an HD Daymaker LED headlight in transit that should be here next Tuesday. At that point, my Dynamic Ringz should be much closer to the color of my headlight. Right now I have these bright LED's next to what is now by comparison a big ugly yellow headlight. Love CD, wouldn't buy anything else from now on. I have a personal aversion for Kuryakyn, but obviously lots of folks like 'em so I'm sure they're fine.

I can't speak to any other brands, but I went all LED with Custom Dynamics & Truck Lite. Highly recommend them both. I would never ride with stock lighting again.
Some of the best $$ I have spent on mods so far. I spend considerable time running around after the sun has set, so the added visibility has really helped.
The Truck Lite headlight & passing lamps put a lot more light down the road over the stock lighting.
I'm running the CD Dynamic Ringz up front & their rear LED's. Added their Signal Stabilizer to make sure everything flashes at the correct rate. Also added their Magic Strobes brake modulator- really makes it hard for anyone to miss that the brakes are being applied.
It all installs very easily & has provided big bang for the bucks, IMO.
