Well....Im not as happy as I wanted to be with the outcome of this engine build. I still have alot of tuning to do, this has a basic quick tune done too it, I guess I'm gonna try a differant combination. I'm fixing to tear back into the engine and change the heads & cams to see if I can acheive more around 130 -140 HP. Just thought I'de share it with all of you. Have a great day. Click the attachment one to see it better. Still tryin to figure all that out.
Dang the mess...I cant seem to get it to load to the correct size...bare with me, Im trying everyone. I got it to be about 112.96 HP and 129.29 torque at this time...Im looking for better.
BountyHunter....Now thats about the funniest thing I heard all day, I could probally just hold the wheelie longer!!!! ...I guess I neglected to say that this is a customer's bike!

when I first got my 124" RK on the road I was a little dissappointed.Once I discovered the right set of mufflers on the True Duals, the difference was incredible.

And which mufflers did the trick if I may ask..

Wow...that is poor for a 131. I would be really po'd if I spent that much and went that big and got those numbers.
A buddy just got 135 out of his 2007 Street Glide 110"
It is POOR...The customer chose the wrong combination! Of cousre ive learned....The customers always right huh! I would have went a differant route , and may still? Thasnks for the reply.

How about some more details of what the customer picked out, and how you're gonna fix it. I've started looking at ANOTHER rebuild, but numbers like that don't justify it. I have a 95", and max is 99.4 torque, 96 HP. It starts off at 70 torque and 28 HP at 2200 rpm. I'm looking for 140 (or better) torque and HP, but I really want to see the low numbers start off better too. I worry about the stress that more power puts on the drive train, and if it can hold up to it. Also, what about fuel mileage. I don't want the Sporties to pass me while I'm sitting on the side of the road inbetween fuel stops.
Oh yeah.. a winning lottery ticket would be nice too!
