Yes. All that you have to do is use a pair of long nose needle nose pliers or a long small blade flat screwdriver to flip the quick disconnects and you can pull the bags off. I tried it at home before I put the kit on it took me about 1 minute to get them both off.

I am told those that have practiced can get them off much faster.

2 things. The factory 1/4 turn fasteners
Offer no security ffrom thieves, and, these bags have been known to fall off with the oe fasteners. I haven't experienced either one thankfully, but it does happen. The brukus kit eliminates either possibility. Unless the theif just happens to have a tamper proof torx bit, he's not getting your bags...

Thanks for the info.

Just ordered a set. Don't know how much the bags are to replace but I am sure it's a heck of alot more than $26.95!

You won't be sorry. Quality stuff. IDK what OP is talking about as my bags do not shake at all, even before the Brukus stuff.

My bike is 7 years old, and at idle the bags looked like they were gonna fall off. I've got a bigger cam than stock too. The brukus kit tightened all that up.

Not to get in a whizzing match but to produce what the offers is probably going to cost more than just ordering the Brukus kit... You can mimic it cheaper by using common standard fasteners but try calling Fastenal and duplicating what comes in the kit... Just buying the tamper resistant fasteners was going to cost as much or more than the Brikus kit and that doesn't include the tool they include... Add to that you are patronizing a vendor that supports the forum and for me at least it was a no brainer... Just ordered mine at the forum discounted price... THANKS BRUKUS!!!

I would like to add...

This is one of the few aftermarket products that I have used that fits and works exactly as it should. No grinding, no bending, no cursing to make it fit. Nice quality hardware and the price is reasonable.
