I have a 06 Road King Classic and want to change out the bars, has anyone changed to the RK High bars? I also am looking at the wild ones wo508 but I would need to change out the throttle, idle, and brake lines to plus four. I looked at the Herritage bars but it seems that you loose 4 inches of pull back and I want the bars to be higher and have more pullback than stock. Thanks for replys in advance.
Just order the bars last week, parts guy says they will fit with no mods, we'll see. These are part #55954. I'll let you know how they work maybe next week.
I put the RK Highbars on my RK and like them so far. Only been able to ride with them 3 times because of the weather, but they feel much better than the stock ones.
My 16's and cables are supposed to be here wed. I bought my package from hill country custom cycles on ebay. I called them and ordered a custom package. 512-264-7333 Here is a link toone of their auctions: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Ape-H...QQcmdZViewItem

No need to change out cables and brake lines with the 508's. Your stockers will fit. I have the 518s and I didnt have to change any cables or brake lines.
