Kudos to Freedom Shields!!
Had an 8" dark smoke recurve Freedom Shields windshield on my 2012 FLHTK. It was on my 05 Ultra before that. Bought it about 2 years ago. It developed a crack above the left mounting bolt.
Their warranty is for 1 year, but I thought I would ask if they would help me out on it anyway! So I emailed John at Freedom about it, he called me the next day. He said they don't have too many issues, so he had a deal for me. He had a blem he couldn't sell as new and if I was good with it, it was mine. Well it has a spot the size of a ink spot that can't be seen once mounted!
I am a happy camper, and Freedom Shields is one great company, with a great product and local to me also!!
Now that is customer service!!!!
