My dyna has pegs like in the pic but the mounting is different on a Dyna frame.

Looking at the last pic there, it looks to me like someone MADE them fit a Street Glide. Looks like they drilled a new hole for the lower mount. You can see the treads of the bolt there going along the original hole...
