Grease Everywhere - Is it a seal?
I think my rear axel seal went to hell. I have grease dripping on the floor next to the right side of my back tire and grease all along the frame up to where the exhaust crosses under the bike. There's grease all over the rear axel. Does this sound like an axel seal? Is this a normal issue? The bike is a 2012 Ultra Classic with 13000 miles. I'm assuming this will get fixed under warranty...?

Sounds like a leak blowing back onto the wheel, there isn't enough grease in the bearings to make much of a mess. My first look would be trans. and primary oil levels. Check the bolts on the right side of the transmission that hold the exhaust mounting bracket.

Check your shocks. When I had one go oil leaked on the rear tire and axle.

Good point...could be an air line came loose and the shock oil pumped out....

Make sure your oil caps are tight (so you dont look like a putz) and take it in. Let them figure it out, fix the leak, clean everything with brake cleaner and wash it. Its a 2012, leaks are covered under warranty.
