Thanks all, I did call Long branch HD this after noon talked to Al.
Man said bring on down, give me an estimate and they said they work with my insurance
co all the time.Told him my concern was not with spot light or bent fender so much, but I am concerned about the triple tree and the unseen. He said he understood were i was coming from.
No I don't have those deer whistles(do they really work]? and my trusty steed fatboy is always ready to go.
as for six to eight weeks for fender, may be a problem, son comes home soon and he will be picking up his new road glide ultra.but if we got to go out west with a crunched fender so be it.
again thanks well wishers, wife and I know it could have been so much worse and am thankful the almighty was watching out for us.
Glad you are ok.
Same thing happened to a friend of mine last week, except his leg is very badly broken, had surgery, he will recover fine but his new road glide is pretty bent up, he didn't drop it either.
Hope your friend recovers fully and gets back on the horse.
Dropped my bike off @ dealers today...................................
