To bad I'm moving to NC on Fri, I need a pipe like that!
I would strongly consider the fat cat first, I got a good size dip between 2200-2600 with The zilla loud baffle. It dips under 100 then hits strong at 2600 and carries on out to 5800. I'm considering putting my fat cat back on as I would like to get rid of the dip.
I have a boss fatcat big bore quiet baffle on my street glide, stage II 103. Bike makes 92 hp and 106 tq and isn't too quiet. Boarzilla is one of the pipes I considered for my dyna SE 120R but I opted for the VH pro pipe hi output, I prefer the tone of the exhaust to that of the D&D. SE 120R makes good power, 139.92 hp and 133.7 tq

Your the first 120R owner I heard that said the Boarzilla isn't the pipe to have for this engine?

The Fat Cat is ideal for 113" and smaller but using 1 3/4" head pipes on the 120 is too restrictive. I had an RB Racing system with 1 3/4" headers that would not let my 120 breathe to it's potential. There were no flat spots on the bottom end but it also masked several tuning flaws due to the fact it just could not flow enough.
The V&H pipe I have now (see sig) performs exceptionally well and has a tone I can live for extended riding trips. The Boarzilla (w/quiet baffle) I had on my 113" would give me a splitting headache even with ear plugs.
D&D quality is top notch but they need to improve on sound quality with the Boarzilla for me to purchase another one from them.
