Default Cam and pushrod question

I have a 2009 Streetglide. I just bought some se 255 cams and now shopping for pushrods. I'm looking at the se 17997-99A and se 18404-08 tapered pushrods. Does it matter which set of pushrods I use?

Thanks

Use the quick install tapered rods. Very nice piece.

Do you know the benefits of the quick installed tapered over the other quick install rods? I guess I don't know what the tapered does over the others.

The tapered pushrods pretty much insure that you won't be chasing a ticking noise caused by the 7/16 pushrods rubbing the tubes. Trust me, it happens...

I'm probably just gonna go through the top and keep the stock pushrods.

I used stock push rods and lifters with my Andrews cams. 10,000 care free miles, well I had to change the SE comp. But that's another story.

I've been searching quite a bit, can anyone point me to a "how to" for removing the rocker boxes, arms and pushrods? My main question is after I remove the upper and lower box, then the arm, do I just pull out the stock pushrods? Do I need to find TDC before pulling them? Also after putting in new cams, do I install the pushrods back in and bolt back together arms and boxes or do I need to install them like the s&s video shows when using adjustable rods, finding zero lash and allowing them to sink down before moving to the next cylinder? Thanks, I know it's a lot.

Lots of you tube videos out there that take you step by step through it. Best advice I can give is to get a manual and follow it.

Manual is on the way, but haven't found any videos for stock pushrod install. I stated zero lash above, but meant when you feel that both pushrods are moving, if that makes sense.
