The harnes that is under the seat that comes from the rear lights. It has the colors: purple, brown, red-yellow, black, blue.
I see the confusion. Your talking about the rear fender harness connection. The connections are the same back to when Harley changed from just AMP "Mate-N-Lok" to the Deutsch, and Moles connecters in '93. Before that the tail light wire was green.
The Tour Pak connection has only three wires and is under the left side cover. Their wiring color code is the same (pin connections), BE-Tail(1), R/Y-Stop(2), and Black-ground(3)
