This is what I got.
Stock 07 FLHX = 62.51 hp and 79.48 pounds feet.
SE slip-on's and a/c 70.16 hp and 80.72 pounds feet.
SE slip-on's, a/c and Fulsac 75.7 hp and 86.41 pounds feet.
Rinehart true duals SE a/c 77.85 hp and 92.07 pounds feet.
All runs on same '07 FLHX, Dynojet 250i correction between 1.02-1.03, 80.69-84.88 deg f, 29.42-29.84 in-HG.
All runs were pretty consistant.
As for the drop in power at lower RPM with Rineharts? I haven't seen that. Hope it helps.
Wow, I must have really gotten screwed. Had my bike tuned at Harley of Atlanta with RH True Duels, SERT and Stage 1 filter mod and only got 83 peak torque and 71 peakhp. I do have my dyno sheet, but can't scan/post. What should I be looking at to see if it was tuned properly? Has anyone else had +/- experience with Atlanta HD?
Anyone want to look at my dyno sheet from a few days ago? Kinda curious about the smoothing , correction,etc.. What effects do these things have on the results etc? Wanting to learn as I go here. Also curious if you can have a good looking sheet and numbers, but it still not be quite right with the timing and things you cant see? Or is it something that if it looks good on paper, it is good? By the way, its an 06 SG with RH true duals, Big sucker AC, and SERT. 1 hour on the dyno and cost 65.00 for them to tune it... Reading the SERT manual as we speak as well.... lol http://i169.photobucket.com/albums/u.../06SG_Dyno.jpg
your weakest link is the exhaust package...suggest V&N Ovals or V&H basic slip ons...they flow better than SE on the factory headers...did your dealer install map 78?..I think you got a canned map and no fine tuning...duyo was a waste of time & money

Everything looks good, I personally like to see SAE correction used and smoothing 5, but this is OK. Youratmospheric correctionwasSTD, and your smoothing was 2. Let's say that you are comparing to someone's graph that usedtoday's more common correction of SAE and smoothing of 5, your numbersare approx 5-6% higher. The most importantthing hereis that your dyno operator did use a correction for atmospheric conditionssoif you ever go back, as long as the same dynosetup is used, you can compare to your previous pulls. But as you can see here, what correctionsystem was used, if any, and smoothing numberscan affect the results dramaticallymaking comparing numbers from dyno to dynosomewhat difficult unless you understand dynos. It even gets more difficult in the automotive chassis dyno world because many brands of chassisdynos are popular and the DynoJet brandusuallyreads 10-15% higher then the other brands, sowhen stating car dyno numbers, we have to state what brand of dyno also.
In my opinion, your HP curve looks good, no powerdips or bulgesmeaning that your combination is working well across the RPM spectrum at wide open throttle. Your A/Flooks good, would not want it any more lean in a few places.
