Redline transmission fluid
I still change oil per schedule and stick with RL because of the improvements that others have stated. The cost difference ? Pfft ! The difference is so small in relation to owning / operating a HD, its hard to imaging why anyone would bring it up. Perhaps I should learn to think small.
I use SYN3 in the engine and primary and Redline Shockproof in the tranny.
All three holes get changed much sooner than the recommended intervals even though I have the ESP warranty. I just like taking care of my stuff,
I will say that I once used Redline 20w-60w motor oil during a trip down south and I could hear a difference in the valve train on my engine and if I lived in a warmer climate, I'd probably use it year 'round.
I think any quality brand name lubricant will work fine as long as it meets the manufacturers recommendations and it's frequently changed, but we all have our preferences.

My advice FWIW, if you can afford to invest in future changes, buy a case (12) of 20w50, "there are true deals on case lots", then buy 4 each of tranny and primary oil if you change these with the engine oil or 2 each if you change EO time per your service manual.
I found this to be the best "deal" but not the least expensive in terms of initial outlay. Remember, with the kit you'll overstock by 2 qts x 20w50 and need to buy relatively expensive single qt quantities of product in order to even up and make use of them later. Hat, decals, funnel = all shlt IMHO.
Hope this helps.
Oh,, the injector cleaner ? buy a can of SeaFoam if and when you need it. Its cost effective and more user friendly then the aggressive high tech stuff. I'm not familiar with RL injector cleaner but some "excellent" allbeit aggressive products of this kind require careful measuring and a complete run through, according to recommendations. Seafoam ? Dump a couple of oz or 4 into the gas tank and carry on. Use half a can or so for winter LT storage and fuel stabilization. Pretty easy.
