my new harley
the pipes are vance & hines , true duals , 4 inchers , sounds so nice with a deep deep rumble ,
i got the bike when it had nothing on it, just a plain stock RK ,
it took me a month to get it how i wanted to go with it , them RSD covers are indeed sweet , costly but you don't see em on many bikes up my way , and they do stand out , the derby cover is the best of the full set ,as you sure see that hot oil splashing around real good , the one covering the chain is good , i thought more oil would be flying around inside as that chain, but in fact it's just a good steady mist spraying on the chain , still neat to watch it
i got some racks and luggage the other day , first oil change and service is done at the dealership , i now got a 2010 touring maint manual from a guy on another harley forum , so i'll be doing my own maint that i can , they charge so much at them shops for labour up here in canada , like $125 a hour , yet they only pay the guy doing the work like $40
so my game plan is do most of what i can myself , lots of good guys on here that will share any helpful info, plus on you tube lots of vids on doing them small maintance jobs
anyone know or have a good aftermarket sound system i could mount ,
