I only have good things to say about their customer service. Ordered the coated stainless head pipes and they were shipped with in 2 days of the expected date (they were backordered) but from the time I placed my order and the time the head pipes were ready to ship they ran out of coated full size crossover pipes (They were in stock at the time of order) and now I am waiting 3 more weeks (I waited 3 weeks for the head pipe).
The only suggestion I have is have them ship you what they do have if there are any backorders. They did call me and told me what is going on. That is the kind of customer service I like to see.
I'm so happy with their customer service I'm really thinking of riding out to their place in WI from CT to have them do a cam job with a few extra goodies. (I bought a Dynojet PV-1, 2-1-2 head pipe, 3.5" Jackpots, and a FM air filter from them.)

When you thinking about making the trek? I could be tempted to join you.
always hear nothing but great things about them, i didnt buy mine from them bt i hadnt heard of them at the time. if i had to do over i would have. glad they hooked you up. they say what was actually the problem?
Brian actually told me that Power Commander did not have an answer. With Fuel Moto's status as a vendor, they were able to pressure PC to replace it.
I know based on all the positive feedback and what sounds like the best customer service anywhere I'll be getting my PC-V and air kit from them later this month.

Do it! I just rode out there from VT. The trip was good but the build and tune I got there was even better. Trip is fairly easy with the exception of the tolls and the Chicago traffic.
