Us guys up North suffer a lot more in the heat. We spend the other half of the year freezing in the Winter. Sometimes I wish my family forefathers had never came up here. I'm close to my family so I'm kind of stuck up here in Michigan.
We do get some nice Weather, but it's just to short. We do have some great riding areas up here.

Yep, been riding (not on the current new to me electra) on previous bikes. I dont use bike shorts, but I wear compression shorts, which are the same material, but without the maxi pad like material in the crotch. Throw in a little gold bond and smelly/sweaty ***** are a thing of the past
T.M.I. Just think if you had to ride a bicycle, you'd have to roll in flour first.

Like was already said, hot is hot and I would just say deal with it. I did 300+ miles today up along the NJ shore sweating my azz off! What I need is a portable bottle holder for water; right now I set a bottle down in over the handle bars against the windshield and it sits there fine but it worries me that it may mess up the chrome on the nacelle or bars. Last night I froze 4 water bottles to take along today.

I ride track days all the time, and when wearing a full set of leathers it gets pretty hot. When I was in the mideast I used the same combo, works like a charm, and when everyone else suffers I have a smile on my face like that dude from the cialis commercial.

<3 the heat. Better hot than cold in my book. Was riding with a friend the other day and we hit a cool spot(like when swiming in the ocean you get warm and cold spots). It's just something you cant appreciate when on four wheels.
