Default Difference between cams?

I would like to know power diff between two cams power rpms...

1. EV27 .495/.495 .182/.166
2 SE-3 .503/.503 .185/.169

all the other parameters are the same except the lift numbers so curious as to which is better for a tour bike...both should be direct bolt in...

I used the EV27 in my '95 EGC (it's still in there). It works well and has much better pull in the mid-range. Didn't have to downshift to pass any longer.
Don't know much about the SE-3 but on a basically stock motor it looks like there would be little difference between the two.

They are identical except for a very little more lift in the SE-3. The EV27 was the "go to" cam for Evo touring bikes and the SE-3 is a copy. You aren't gonna tell a difference between them.
