Who has tried these??? What's the quality like? Does not come with mounting Hardware, can you mount with regular HD Mounts, or is there other hardware store items available?

i will say just like i do on every other ebay lowers thread. if you can use vivid black, or can paint, or know someone who does paint, then these may be a good deal for you. otherwise, they can easily end up costing more than you would have spent had you gone with the hd oem color matched ones.
for example, the big blue pearl paint is some ungodly cost like $200 for a pint. if you buy the ebay lowers, a pint of bbp paint, and pay the labor to have them painted, you could easily be over $650-700. you can buy the bbp color matched lowers from a discount seller for $530.
i went with the genuine hd, denim black lowers for $480.
The link pswomack posted is a seller named MUTAZU. These guys make good products, speaking from what I have bought from them. I plan on buying the lowers from them soon.
If I want a set of color matched lowers here in Canada they're $780 + tax from HD........ an easy decision from mutazu at $195 shipped even if I decide to paint them!

Hmm Well I will tell you that I made the mistake of doing a razor pak, thought I had a good deal nope was trash not even worth trying to unload on Ebay.
Careful what you do & my advice suck it up & get the HD part, even if it means places like surdyke DOT com to get some discount.
I purchased these to install on my Heritage but that bike is getting traded off tomorrow for a Roadglide Custom in Big Blue Pearl. I know the guy that's does the painting for the local HD Dealer so he will paint them to match my ride for $150.00. The lowers look great but mine didn't come with any instructions and you do have to assemble them but that wasn't bad. The only downfall to these are the plastic pieces that you snap the cover to, they are garbage. But I won't be using them anyways because I plan on adding speaker pods to them. If you ar going to buy them, replace the covers with the HD magnetic doors and you will be set.. As far as mounting hardware goes, you can use the HD quick detach hardware or you can buy most of the hardware at your local hardware store. The only thing I bought from HD to mount them were the two bolts (U-bolts) that hold the cap on because I couldn't find them anywhere else.. I also got mine during a sale he was having for $177 shipped. The ebay sellers name was Mutaza, so I'm guessing that I purchased then direct from Mutaza..
I do agree with Skratch though, if you need to get them painted to match, you better get a paint quote before you buy them. That way you can compare the complete price to what you would pay to get them through HD. Kutter HD in Wisconsin offers the painted ones (Big Blue Pearl) for $539.00, and that's shipped to your door...
I agree that if you need Vivid Black they are a great deal. Im running them $ 360.00 to my door with quick detach hardware and magnetic glove box doors. That 200 less than the HD ones from a discount store when you include the glove box doors.
Im very happy with mine they are from Fairing Factory, bought off EBay direct. Ive also seen the Matazu Lowers and they look the same at $230 with locking glove box doors and $ 30 shipping http://www.mutazu.com/products.php?c...429&s=prod.php
I bought a pair of the china built ones. other than the cover snaps being nothing short of pure junk, which I replaced with stainless steel ones from a local fastener business, they do the job they were designed for. they keep the rain and wind off your lower legs.
