I read somewhere that the Tour Pak on the newer models is adjustable? It can move backward up to 1.5 inches? Did I read that correctly or is some type of kit required to do that? If it is possible are there any instructions out there on how to do it? 2013 Ultra Limited FLHTK.
You can move the tour pak up or back by about an inch. Not being able to tell which position yours is in currently makes it difficult to say which way you can move. If you take out your liner, you can see what options are available to you.

How does the liner come out, is it glued in? After quick peak (13' FLHTK), it doesn't seem to be bolted down, looks like the 12V plug may be the most difficult to get liner around. Anyone take their liner out recently?
It just pulls out after you remove the document holder pouch. Helps to collapse the sides a little.

Good info! I plan to pull my liner this weekend to install premium tour-pak hinges. I'll take a close look at the tour-pak position at that time. Thanks...

FYI, you can tell what position it's in by looking at the underside of the tourpak. No need to pull the liner to check it.
