This seller has an online store. I looked and he has all kinds of items for HD. He has a "HD king Tour Pak with rack" for $458 and says it is brand new and gives all the years of HD that it fits. His discription said Brand new HD TP but under manufacture it says some off brand that he sells. I guess it is no worse than putting Kuryakyn crap on your bike if you want to save money but it is not HD.
with 11202 feedback and specifically 2640 + in the past 12 months and 38 negatives (mostly shipping issues I might add).. it's a pretty safe bet IMO. Everyone has customers they can't keep happy. That's 1.4% of 2732 total sales that are unhappy customers in the past 12 months. that's pretty good in my book.
Thanks for posting that link Raxus.. Think I'll bite..

I've bought my share of MOCO accessories that the quality wasn't any better than Kurakyn
Both have their fair share of crap.
Just did this upgrade (both the light and the same style rack), but the HD version. The quality was there for sure. The HD light kit was LED (not specified in the Ebay ad if LED) and included at least an HD Split plug setup to tap into the existing lights in the tour pack, as well as another plug and some wire covering. All of which I do not see in the Ebay ad. I would imagine the Ebay kit has you cutting the original wiring harness or tapping into it somehow.
Just my two cents but the connectors and cables in the HD kit would be worth it for me. Plus the fact that I do know it is LED. A couple of trips to the hardware store would surely make up the minor difference in price.
Plus I just went out and looked at mine. Having the HD written on the back of the HD rack is very pleasing.
