I put Heritage style bars on my 2012 RK. Absolutely love 'em. The stock bars gave me pain across my shoulders. The Heritage style bars fixed that.

I have had the Heritage/RK (56902-08) on my 2011 RK for about 20k miles.
The pullback and height is good -

Only complaint I could have, and it's weak, is that the chrome doesn't match up perfectly with the rest of the chrome on the bike. It's a little, "grainier" and slightly bluer.
Usually that means the metal is stainless steel rather than chrome.

I have the Heritage Style bars on my Road King and love'em. They fit me perfectly.

Having them pulled back is the key. If the Heritage Style bars are too far forward the wrist angle is horrible, pulled back they are very comfortable.

My Heritage Bars swapped out with no hassles, cables worked out fine.
As mentioned, pullback is the key to comfort.
Do what fits YOU.
