Default Sweepers vs. Heritage

Would like to hear from those who have either 2+2 sweepers or Heritage bars, or have tried both. How much more relaxed are your arms vs. stock bars? I've decided I'm too stretched out and would like a more relaxed arm position while riding and I think I've narrowed it down between these two.

Thanks in advance
Scott

I purchased a set of heritage bars. imo they were not much taller than the stock 2013 road glide bar. I went with heritage plus 2 bars. These bars were perfect relaxed hand position. They do require a longer clutch cable if you want to roll them back towards the rider.

I'm in the same boat. Most of these popular bars bring you more forward. I like and want to be able to lean back more. The sweepers are the ones I've been looking at. Don't know of any others with this style. I have to check out the heritage too i guess.

I installed the stretch heritage bars, the are about 1.5" more back than regular heritage bars - no cable changes required

I have had both sets. I think they are fairly close but I have the Sweeper +2 on now and feel they have a great wrist angle and roll back just right.

Hi AllAces, So what did you have to change? cables, wires? Also with those bars can you rotate them back as far as you want, within reason, for more pullback? What do you think the difference is in rise and pullback compared to the stock bars? Thanks alot for your help....

They are the FLHT ones, no cable/line changes. I ran the wires internal so they needed to be messed with some. They put my hands at the top of the fairing but still behind it and back quite a bit. The wrist angle is nice. All in all very comfortable and controllable.
