Default Heritage Bars

I have heard that you can install stock Heritage bars on a Road Glide and it makes for alot better ride and you do not have to change any wires or cables . I would like to hear from anybody that has done this; if the like it or not .thanks for the help

Some do, some don't.

I prefer WideGlide bars to Heritage bars. The Heritage bars leave your wrists twisted so that the outside of your hand is higher than the inside. To me that is un-natural & uncomfortable.

Either ones will bolt right on with existing wiring & cables.

Don;t worry about what others "think". Go tpo the dealership & sit on both a WideGlide & a Heritage & see which bars feel better to YOU.

I agree with Phil..
I went with the Heritage Bars.
Seemed to be wider and more comfortable.
Find someone who has changed them, ask to sit on their bike see what you think.
I've been asked at least twice, one I know for sure has went the same way!
Nothing else changed as far as wires and such.

I went with the Heritage bars on my 2008 Road Glide and I love them. It was by far the best change that I have made to my bike!

I have the Heritage bars on mine. They are very comfortable for me and did not have to change anything else. But, like everyone else has said - you just need to find someone who has them allready and try them out yourself.
