Heritage and/or WG do not have FBW, so bars are not notched.

Nothing a dremel won't fix though.

Harley now has Heritage bars already notched, there was a thread with the part number on here a while back. I put Heritage bars on at 185 miles and have been very happy with them.

The part number for the heritage style bars for 08 and later is 56902-0 for $79.95. I went to the dealer last week and looked at them but once I held them up to the bike it seemed that my wrist would be at a funky angle, so I passed on them. Seems to me that the way they get the pull back is to angle the wrist portion of the bars back toward the rider. So instead of the natural position of the stock 8 RG bars, they were at a un natural angle. I would want to try on on somebody's bike that has already done it before I put up $200 dollars for the change.

Good point.....would definatly like to 'sit and feel'
the angles before flopping down a handful of cash

Had Heritage Bars on my Road King and didn't like the way my wrists were turned out and the lack of control I seemed to have with in town manuvers. Check out Cubby's Wild One Handle Bars for the Road Glide.
