Default Difference between Ultra and Limited?

I am in the market for a new MC, no real dealer close to mylocation so I am asking on here. What are the differences between the two.Trying to see if the $2500 difference is worth it.
What I have so far is the Limited has:
No saddle bag guards
ABS & Security
Heated grips
Luggage rack
Upgraded instrument cluster
Looks like upgraded brake pedal, but not the floor boards

All I'm saying is that you can buy a lot of goodies for that extra $2500!

If you like the Upgrades the limited comes with...Then it’s worth it. The Limited should also be worth a few dollars more as a trade in down the road. If it were me, I’d buy the Limited, no question.

My 2011 came with the 103 vs the 96 which was a major difference then but thats a non-issue now. Also Limiteds then came with removable tourpak and saddle bag soft luggage. Not sure if thats still the case or about the Ultra. I wanted the ABS and Security anyway and liked the complete package so went with the Limited. As stated should bring a bit more at resale as compared to add-ons.

I bought my Limited in the middle of August last year. I checked all the local dealers and they all had several black Limiteds in stock, with the new models coming out I knew I could work a better deal on something that was almost to the point of being overstocked. Ended up getting well over 3K off list, not sure if I could have gotten a Ultra for the same price...

One other plus with the LTD-here on the east coast dealers are also adding the CB module and (1) half helmet-style headset/mic. That was a couple months ago, don't know if that's still true.

Yes, the Limited is worth the extra cost.
