J&M 250w amp ?

J&M 250w amp ?
I have a ? on the J&M 250w amp with the rooker 7 1/4 speakers. I see an input level switch on the side of the amp what should it be set at pre-amp or speakers? Thanks

It should be set at speaker (or high level) input IF you are feeding the input of the amp with the old speaker leads directly from the HK. I would suspect this is what you are doing.
If you have the pre-amp outputs mod (low level outputs) from your HK as performed by Iron Cross, and you are feeding the input of the amplifier with these, then the switch should be on pre-amp.
