Default Blacking out my Street Glide

I recently purchased a 2013 Black Denim Street Glide and want to Black it out. Does any one have suggestions on what would look the best. I want to black out the engine and the pipes.

It's gonna be expensive...lol But what isn't that's worth anything? Find some one local to you who is good Powder Coating. That's key. Every piece of chrome take it off and have it powder coated black.

The only chrome left on my 09 SG are the badges on the tank. If I knew how to post pics I'd post some. All powder coat. Be sure to use GOOD hi-temp for the exhaust. Proper prepping is a must. I used Blackjack media on everything but the heat shields. Keep some distance on the thinner metals to avoid warping. When In Doubt, Black It Out!!!

I left some chrome and added a little. Just enough to break things up.

I liked the way my Street Bob look so I pretty much duplicated it.

I've done a couple rounds of powder, have a couple more to go. Pipes and lower covers next.
