What do you guys think about an ember red sunglow horn cover on my SG? I'm killing myself trying to find something different for my horn cover and my other covers (like air cleaner). But horn cover is on my radar right now....red or maybe a chrome one with red highlights of some sort. Any ideas....anyone seen this before?
personally i would not change it. it isnt a focal point like it is just kinda fits in with the motor, i have not saw any "custom" ones that have looked good. they all stand out way too much. but to each their own

I had a red ultra once upon a time and I painted some of the chrome parts with red translucent powdercoat using an eastwood hot coat gun. It's a very cool effect, you can see the chrome reflection through it and everyone and their brother doesn't have it. I don't have any pics handy, i'll see if I can find them later tonight.
Here they are.
