Default How Do New One Latch Saddle Bags Open?

I see where Harley touts the new "One Latch" saddlebags for easier opening....Anybody have any idea how they open???

With a small lever toward the front inside of the lid. That they show the picture of on the Harley web site.
The fuel door and the lower glove boxes are also much better.

I was hoping they would fix that clumsy problem....Just a hinge and latch please!!!

I tried to get a view of the hinge side of the tour pak on the Ultras and especially the CVO Ultra Limited to see if they are still selling that $40K bike with those **** pressed hinges. I was never able to get the 360 image to work.

I saw them in the 360 view, and they are NOT the same ones they have been using that everyone bitches about

The hinges are small solid chrome ones. Not the shitty base metal ones from the past.

Got a chance to see the new bikes at San Diego Harley.

The new bags open from the inside.

The latch looking thing is now the hinge.

There is a chrome latch release on the inside, near the fender. It swings open towards you.

Only takes one finger to open or close the lid. Much less cumbersome that previous latch systems.

Think people are really going to like this new system.
