Floating rotors standard now for 2014
Yes it's a freakin' miracle.
I was looking at a 2014 Street Glide and checked the new rotors. Pushed and pulled on it gently and it floats using a bushing of some sort that's integral to the mounting bolts.
In my opinion it's one of the best improvements if it works.
