With the little radiators in the lower fairings on the new Ultra Limited (?) are there fans to draw in air or is this feature totally dependent on the motorcycle in question being in motion to function properly?
Also, where does the hot air go after it passes through the radiators? It appears it vents to the outside edges?
according to plan, the hot air is to exit through vents to the outside and a little lower than the "gloveboxes" ( which is now where the coolant reservoir is, on the right side)

I'll get you a graphic of an infrared air flow test. Looks like, at least based on the graphic I saw, there is a good amount of cool air blowing by the feet and lower legs.
