I know some of you have posted that you use the Iron Aces cell phone mount. Looking for some good photos of your set up. Please post photos. I'm looking at it for my Iphone 5. And please, I'm not looking for a lecture on why a cell phone belongs in your pocket!
Im on a Road Glide so its different than your SG but I can say that it is a great product that makes good use of wasted space. I use a IPhone with a lifeproof Case in it using a SlipGrip holder on the Iron Aces Mount. makes my Phone available for music, GPS . Pictures in my album
Put mine in the center and up between the speedo and tach where it does not block view of instruments. I barely have to move my eyes to see it, which is what you want. My iphone has an otter so I took the cradle that mounts on your belt and modified it to fit the cradle that comes with the Iron Aces mount. Works great. They are great people at Iron Aces.
I have the Road Glide version too. It is a great mount. My buddy has the bar mount clamp thing, this is much nicer and puts it in a better location too if you are using it for a GPS or whatever.
I'll put this on every touring bike I have. Sold the last bike with the mount on it (D'oh!) and bought a new one once I realized I forgot to take it off.
