Yes, 2 #17 rocker gaskets and on my 2000 it required 2 o-rings per rocker. You should also get gaskets, breather elements and umbrella valves for the breather assemblies. I believe those come in a kit for a decent price.

 

Yes, and some recommend changing the breathers out while you are in there. I didn't.
