From just a few quick searches, the software doesn't appear Mac compatible. You can get your Mac to run Windows, but it's not a simple install from disc type thing.
Windows specific software will not run natively on a Mac.
But you can install the Windows operating system into a VM (Parallels, VMWare) or use the built in Boot Camp to run Windows.
Parallels, VMWare will run Windows as a "guest" OS, while Boot Camp will allow you to boot into Mac or Windows (but not both at the same time).
Anyway, once you have Windows installed you can run any Windows program you want.
Had the same problem with the "service manual" (CD) for my '12 BMW. Didn't care for the Parallels conversion so I went to a pawn shop and got a nice PC laptop for next to nothing. Problem solved.
I'm currently n the middle of tackling this issue myself. Except with the Power Vision...why they don't offer a version for Mac is beyond me. Anyhow, I did some digging(google) and downloaded Virtualbox. It's free and there is a website. I also "found" a copy of Windows 7 Ultimate. That's where I'm at now. Going to complete the installation once I get home. I'll post back with how it works and maybe even a video! Cheers
