As for the name, I was dlorider before, so I guess dstreetgligr would be up next. If a mod could make that happen it would be soooooo cool!
And as for leaving the Road Glide, it was tough. I absolutly loved that bike. On the road it was untouchable, and the suspension on this new '14, even with the "premium hand adjustable" rear shocks, leaves much to be desired. So why trade? Simple, low speed handling. The Roadie never felt planted below 10mph. For me parking lot maneuvers were a nightmare. The StreetGlide gives up some on the road, but it does make up for it in the parking lot.
And no, I would never have believed it if I hadn't experienced it myself.
