Nope, you are right. The dealer hadn't put them on yet, and I actually like the bare tank, I so I told them not to. I like that blue so much, I don't want to cover any of if.

I didn't know that the tank emblem was dealer installed; is that the case on all Touring models, or just models like the Peace Officer edition?

I don't have an answer for you, bud. Do you have badges or a paint emblem? This model has a cast pewter badge that gets glued on in prep.

My Ultra has a badge, and have always thought it was installed at the factory. My first thought when I saw your tank was that it had been damaged and replaced and that's why no tank badge, but I have no knowledge on when and where the badge is installed.

Good deal. You know there's no '14 RK POSE...Right? Ultra Limited, Street Glide and Heritage Softail Classic are the only choices.

I almost held out to order a '14 RK POSE...Glad I didn't!
