I've had mine for about a year now and it's the best bike accessory I have. I have a tight fit in my garage with two bikes and two cars and I can move both bikes into place in less than five minutes.
Awhile back I had my RK on the J&S and I sat on the bike to adjust a newly bought backrest for my seat. I can tell you it's rock solid and very stable. I also use the J&S to roll my bikes out, wash them and roll them back into the garage.
There is one downside to the J&S lift. If you don't have a level garage floor, it will roll on you if you don't use the stops.
I think from the posts here, it's highly recommended.
As soon as I saw the oil drain pan I thought that is such a good idea. With my current jack it is challenging trying to get a pan positioned to catch all the fluids.
The oil drain pan is a no-brainer. Makes changing the fluids a breeze.
I had the Sears yellow jack for several years. Started to get a little nervous about it so I bought the J&S. There's just no comparison. Better quality, lifts the bike higher, is more stable, easy to move around the garage with the bike on it.
I had bought a PB on a whim as I seen them at the Sturgis Rally, but after buying it decided that it would have a bigger foot-print than what originally thought, so decided to sell it before I even unboxed it and sold it to a fellow member on this site and then found a J & S (barely used) w/the oil change pan on ebay and it was shipped to me from Texas for $330.

I just got a cheap rolling stool to comfortably bring me down to bike level when raised on my J&S. Rock steady jack, cushiony stool - almost makes working on the bike fun!
