Default Iso grip installation
I am having a problem installing the left grip on a 2007 Ultra. The glue which comes with the grips is not bonding the grip to the handlebar. Any suggestions on how to do it right. Cripes, I thought thethrottle side was suppose to be the challenging one.

get some better glue... seriously, i had to take mine back to my indy to fix it a couple of times. Seems the stock stuff is not that great. Somebody recommended gorilla glue?

Mine worked fine for a few months now I have to re-glue. Gonna get some better glue. Make sure all surfaces are very clean.

I have used golf grip tape and it works great. It also gives you plenty of time to adjust it before it dries.

This glue goes on leave dry on bars finger into grip and it will stay on for ever!

I never install the left grip, I carry my Starbucks in that hand while I'm riding, so I find it gets no use anyway....



- Double-sided tape (golf grip tape) works wonders...as mentioned above - allows for BooKoo time to get the adjustment correct.
- Have not used Gorilla Glue on grips...but that stuff seems to be pretty strong.

Get some H-D grips they don't use glue and won't come off. I had an iso grip come off while riding and it was fun trying to figure out what to do with it so I could stop.
