I never use HD bolts/nuts/washers anyway.

Stainless steel is cheaper than HD chrome and it doesn't rust.

My chopped tour pack did come with all the nuts, bolts, etc in a plastic bag inside the tour pack.
And I also found that the bolts were too short.

There is nothing special about those bolts, nuts or washers though.
Just stop at your local hardware store and pick up what you need for less than $5.00.
For me that was much closer and less hassle than driving 50 miles back to the HD dealer.

As usual I can find what I need on these forums, and find that I'm not alone.

Having just received my chopped tour pack tonight I was a little disappointed as well. I mean I guess it kind of came with mounting hardware. The 2 up quick detach plate did come with mounting bolts that were 7/8" long (and came with nuts/washers), the tour pack came with bolts 1" long (no nuts/washers), and the required length to mount everything is about 1.5" long... Oh well off to the hardware store in the morning I guess.

Is the tour pack puking coolant all over your garage is the real question?
