I just did mine a few minutes ago. Easy to get to on 13 Street Glide, straight hose, straight fitting. It looks like your hose has the correct connector for the fitting. Little pressure to push it on. As stated above, be prepared to do a little pumping. I also used the Red & Tacky. Came out the bottom first, 2 more pumps, out the top.....

Well, after a few pumps the grease was oozing out from under the connector and all over the outside. Seems like this connection needs to be super tight in order for the grease not to escape and make it inside the pinhole on the grease fitting.

Yep. I found you need to hold constant pressure on the gun against the fitting or big mess.
