Seeing new front pairs on ebay for $125 including chrome mounting bolts plus $13.00 shipping. Looks like a great deal and they're probably made in China. Anybody have any problems running these?

You are wise to ask this. Those brakes are serious business.
Try polishing the ones you have. i did mine and they turned out nice. If you do a search on here I believe somone did a nice writeup on how to.
If not google search
Bringing this to the top with questions. There seems to be 2-types of stainless steel being used, 410 & 420. One vendor says 410 is better than 420 because it's more resistant to warping and breaking. Can anyone confirm this? Does anyone know what material the OEM rotors are made from?
Alot of the cheap polished rotors on ebay are also purchase/exchange deals. The rotors are polished, used original rotors. You buy them after they have been polished and send them back yours. They polish yours and they sell them to the next guy and the cycle repeats. You run a risk of buying someone's old and slightly warped rotors.
I got a set of chrome rotors from Ricks Plating, $169.00. Advertised as genuine Harley Davidson Rotors. Measured them when I received them and the measurements were the same as new rotors and not warped at all. Have had them for about 7k miles now and no issues. They were not exchange, straight purchase. Got the chrome calipers and lowers from him at the same time. They were exchange.
I found a local plating/polishing company and took my stock H-D rotors to them. Cost me $50 to have all three done.
Stuff like that, I tend to try and just visit the shop rather than 'call ahead'...as if you get the wrong guy on the phone they may try to toss out some crazy pricing and/or timeframe. Whereas you roll-up, talk real nice and have them with you...you have a good chance of getting them done while you wait. Have cash in hand, and they are even more likely to drop what they are doing and take care of you...
It took them like ten minutes per rotor to do mine.
