They actually have LESS pullback due to their design. They follow the contour of the inner fairing, and are wider than stock at the grips. I suppose you could rotate them back towards you if you prefer that, and of course they will fit every rider differently. The best part about them IMO is that they give you a wider, more controlling feel on the bars, hands above the elbow but slightly below the shoulder, and your wrists are in a straighter, more neutral position. AND, your hands are still just at the top of the fairing, which was what I wanted. I've had mine on for about 4000 miles and I couldn't be happier with them.

Yep, they can also be adjusted down to where they are the same pull back as the HD 2" Pull Back Bars but with the wider width if you have narrow shoulders it will not feel like it. It all depends on your shoulder width/arm length and comfort zone is.
Maybe the guys with the 10" can give their stats; height, shoulder width and arm length. That may help a lot of people decide how much rise they would need from a set of "apes".
