Thinking about cutting/modifying my front fender (2012 SG), now that I've installed the 21 tire/wheel. Anyone ever done this and if so, what did you use to cut the fender with.

I put on a set of Renegade wheels on my 2012 UC Limited. 21" front wheel without doing anything to the front fender. Plus a 200x55x16" rear wheel and tires.
I put a 21" wheel on my RK. I have no mechanical ability whatsoever, so I bought a Klockwerks Level fender for roughly 3 bills. The fender works for a 21/120/70 tire. The price includes the adaptors as well. I have the fender at the painters as we speak...
I'm sure it looks great, but I just don't want to spend that kind of money. Either going to stay fender-less or go with something smaller.
