Code didn't work for me either when I just placed an order for DNA megaphones but I figured maybe that was just because they were on sale?

 

at a loss in whos mind? It costs money to order the part, check the part in, advertise the part, inspect the part, and last of all pay for the part and in many cases depending on the company pay shipping to get the parts to eastern performance. the cost of the part does not cover the actual cost.

Sorta like HD dealers who sell for 20% off but are still making a good profit on the item and increased sales since they offer a discount compared to the local dealer who charges MSRP or more on the same item.....I'm sure all of the hidden costs of a part are figured into the selling price plus the markup.....In this day of economic downturn, unless your very wealthy, you have to try to buy items at the best price possible and when you find a salesmen who tries to cut you a break, it means a lot. Again, I'm not dissing EP, I just wanted to pass the word about Tim's departure.......

I agree with this! I've ordered numerous parts through Eastern Performance.. prices great, packaging great, shipping fast... I've never had to return an item, so can't comment on that piece personally, but I would not expect an issue given the +'s I've experienced on every other element!!

 

I live about an hour from EP. I go by there fairly often. Everyone there is very good to me. I dealt with Tim several times, and he was great. I have also dealt with Matt and he is great also. Bad part for me is that because I live in MD I get to pay sales tax (6%). Of course that is not their fault. On the upside, I can order today and have my parts delivered UPS tomorrow, at no shipping charge. They are still one of the best around. I believe in keeping the good guys in business, so I will continue to deal with them whenever possible.
