I mounted my EZ Pass under my fairing. It is approximately 4" down from the top edge of the fairing where it clamps the windshield and is directly over the radio. It is directly under the eagle. Hasn't failed me yet and I have pushed the envelope when it comes to my speed thru the toll too.

Put mine in windshield bag on RK. I had it stuck to the windshield with their velcro-like strip but it fell off 1200 miles from home. Works every time in the bag.

I leave mine in the saddle bag. It works most of the time. If it doesn't, they have my plate # and bill the toll to my account eventually.

Putting your plate on your ezpass account is the smartest thing to do. Even if you forget the ezpass, no tickets.

Default Flash2Pass

I do not have an EZ pass but I do have a Flash2Pass garage door opening device. It is mounted (silliconed) on the inside of my fairing. It works well by flashing my lights as I approach the garage door. It ocomes with a reciever that also works as a manual button that is very convenient.

Keep mine in the right lower "glove box" on the Ultra. Never had an issue.

PA requires your plate number and description of your vehicle on every vehicle you put on your EZ Pass account. I've kept it in a jacket pocket and have also simply pulled it out and held it up on the way thru too. PA EZ pass boxes aren't all that big.

If you live in a state that uses the overhead cameras to get your tag at the tolls, the camera cannot see a tag on any Ultra style bike.

Just sayin'

I leave mine at home, no need to physically have it on you or on your bike. Your plate will be scanned for an account, once located your account gets charged accordingly.

I would be fairly hesitant to put it under my fairing. I've had my share of non-reads from mine where the toll person had to get a number off of it or wave it under the receiver At the tollbooth. I did get a nice mesh bag from a place called mesh products.com. I use the strap when I anticipate using tollroads to fasten it to my rearview mirror
