Im looking at going with a aftermarket sony radio
I have read many threads and I don't see any body running A sony with
The ARC Mpak 6 system I have the arc 125.2 amp
Looks like Ill have to make a bracket for top of radio to set the amp on!!
There are lots of guys running Arc Amps with aftermarket head units (see dragonfly). Many just use Velcro to mount them but brackets are better. Not sure if the Yaffe mount would work? Check out the Audio section.
I have a Sony installed in my 2005 flht. Used the Biketronics kits for mounting and adapting to use the hand controls. I use the RF amp but I just mounted it on top of the radio using industrial velcro. Never had the amp that you are using but don't see why you couldn't do the same.
I run an Alpine 2X90 bridged amp, class D. Its a 4 X 45 or 2 X 90, don't recall the model.
It is about the size of a brick, and brackets were easy to tie into the existing radio mounts and strapped on top with plenty of clearance. Slick little amp for the $$$.
I also upgraded to the 7 1/4" J&M speaks and like em.
