Default 2014 Air Cooled Cam Specifications

Has any one come with any numbers on 2014 cam specifications ? ? ?
Like the Valve Lift, Cam Duration, or Cam Timing. It would be interesting to
find out what the MoCo changed for the 2014 enigens, to give them the low
end torque, and uper RPM horsepower ? It would be nice to know, anyone
have any information?

Cycle world ( I think) published a 2014 SGS road test review. They dyno'ed and got these figures. They published the dyno chart also. I found this on the internet.
76 hp at 4890 rpm
95.6 foot pounds at 3575
tank empty 780 tank full 818lbs
1/4 mile 13.31 sec @ 97.18 mph
0-60 4.4
0-100 14.5
top speed measured 108
there are some more stats in the article so if you want more check out the article
"2014 harley-davidson street glide special-road test review september 3 2013".

From the 2014 Model Year Technical Forum. They mention the 2014 cam is 'similar' to the 255 cams.

From the diagram on Keithhu's post the 2014has more Duration then the older stock cam
and less Duration then the old SE-203 cans. The cams are a little hotter then the ones
used in 2013 and older engines, no info on if the lift has been raised any so far.

The closest cams specs that compare to the new cams in the touring bikes are the Andrews 48H.
The new stock cams look like they are a pretty descent performer for low end grunt & they should also help the bike run cooler than the 2013 stock cams or the 255s.

I can assure you right out of the box, it has more power all around than any stock Harley I've bought. Does it have all the power my 13 RK has with a Wood 555, SEPST, Dresser Duals and Rinehart 4s, and a custom dyno tune, no. but then I didn't have to put over $2000 dollars out either. Plenty of go stock.

I agree after test riding a '14 Road King a couple weeks ago. The cams in the '14 touring bikes have noticeably more grunt than a '13 touring bikes right out of the box.

I'm considering trading my Dyna in on a new Road King this winter. If I do, I'll put a 2-1 D&D pipe on it, open a/c & have it dyno tuned at 1,000 miles and not change cams & I bet it will make more hp & tq with the stock cams than my 96" does with Wood 222 cams.

The 2014 cams could be a dual pattern cam with a little more lift on either intake or the
exhaust to make the engine run cooler.

The cams in the 14 103, .484 Intake and .484 Exhaust and the 254e cams have a .535 Intake and a .536 Exhaust. Just a little comparison In cams.
