I been riding a little while...rebuilt 72 fl on the kitchen table, a 76 and 81 sporty...on the same table....loved em all...bought the 04 rk....really sweet AND no leaks! :-) traded it for the 09 ultra.....put 40k on it....Then while I wasn't looking, the dealer made me a deal that I couldn't walk from on my 14 ultra (ho 103, not wet head)....and I'm friggin lovin every minute of it!! The design aesthetic changes, I think are great, some of the, what I call stupid simple, engineering changes, like the vent and the latches and numerous other items, all work flawlessly and as designed.....and they're just little things...lovin it!

i love my 2013 street gluide, but i really wish i had those 14 bags the one hand opperation is awsome! The fairing vent for buffering also works great, i test drove one made me a belever, still love my 13
I have an air cooled 2014 and love it, no problems. One thing it seems many people are forgetting about is that there is an entire line up of 2014s that do not have problems, but the water cooled ones get all the attention and flak.
Loving Mine!!! Haters can all ride Hondas from here on out.
If you think it's bad on this forum you ought to take a cruise (no pun intended) on a Goldwing forum . . . it seems like they spend half their lives worried about the state of affairs with Harley's as a machine, the folks that own them, the clothes we wear, where we ride, what we do or don't do when we get there, etc., etc., etc. . . . talk about needing to get a life!
Because the rear cylinder shuts down at idle, there is no advantage to the water cooling?????? If you had any experience on a 14 Limited riding in heavy traffic, you would not say that. I just rented one in Southern California and I can tell you I was very impressed. I've got a 13 Limited and I am satisfied with my current ride.
You should have some experience before you tell others what is good or bad about a product.
Did you even read my post? In it I talk about my RK, my dislike of the EITMS and how wet heads did nothing to change this. I also mentioned how owners of 2 different NY HD dealerships talked to me about how the wet head motor is only a transition to a full water cooled motor ala the V-Rod. I'm guessing reading comprehension is not your strong point.
Yo hoss. Don't know why you got me pointed out on your little panty wad adventure but you know we all try to have a good time here.
I've noticed you are pretty much aren't having a good time. You ok bro?
lp
..sorry man, you weren't the OP I should have been responding to. Old age I guess...anyway, peace...
