Relatively common problem. Some have had luck tightening the neck bearings. Some have had luck with a different brand tire. Neither has worked for me. Many threads on this issue.

Does it do it with the clutch pulled in?

I would go faster...IDK find a indy with HD experience maybe they can help you describe it to dealer.

Do a search on the forum for decel wobble, see if the things described are the same as you are experiencing.

oh sh@# thank goodness I thought I was crazy. They did adjust the neck bearing and checked the tire pressure.

my 12 streetglide does it too, feels like the rear tire is out of balance or the rear tire out of round. happens only when coming to a slow long stop, but bike is smooth as glass when going down the road at speed.

I have a 13 and never experience this other than when close to a complete stop due to the rubber mount engine.
