2014 SGS Screaming Eagle Street Cannons Installed !
I have had my Amber Whiskey 2014 SGS for 3 days and installed the mufflers that I purchased when I bought the bike.
I went with Screaming eagle Street Cannons with some nice tips. I have a chopper with some really loud pipes so I didn't want to go crazy loud as I like hearing my music etc when I am riding this bike.
The quality seems really good and I like the deep sound these produce. I am not sure if I think they are loud enough though. But so far I am happy.
I put the same SE cannons on mine and I agree they are quite when you ride with traffic. I like them so far. After the head pipe with cat is gone the sound should be about right for me.
I went with them also on my '14 Road King, but went with the black ones.... just something different. With the end caps, they extend back a little further than I'd prefer, but still enough clearance that haven't had any scraping at all coming out of driveway, crossing curbs, etc. I like the sound too.
I have them on my 14 Limited, they were pretty quiet at first but after a couple hundred miles they got quite a bit louder. I was told by my dealer that they are even louder maybe too loud if you decat the head pipe. That cat has very little effect on flow and since I have no heat issues on the Limited, I'll leave the cat alone on this one. Stage 1 air cleaner is on the work bench now and will be installed tomorrow

Kinda sharp in its own way. Are you gonna keep going with the "blacked out" scheme? Someone posted a few pics about a week ago and his was sharp as hell, and I am not a blacked out fan, but his was tastefully done. He had the right mix of chrome and flat black.
